Can I find the HP Color LaserJet CP2025 user manual online?
About six months ago I bought a Color LaserJet CP2025 printer. Recently it began to malfunction, constantly showing a paper-jam error even though there was no paper stuck inside. I took it to a service center and they repaired it in less than two days. After that, I started wondering whether I had been using it correctly and if the issue could have been caused by my own carelessness. I can’t find the manual anywhere. Could someone advise me on proper usage, or tell me where I can download the manual?

How often do you use this printer? This kind of error is usually related to wear of the roller in tray 2. In my opinion, six months is too short for such a problem to appear unless you print around 150 pages per day. You can compare your usage with the recommendations in the manual on that website https://manualmachine.com/hp/colorlaserjetcp2025/195612-service-manual/. Still, as mentioned, six months is a very short period for normal wear, so it was most likely a factory defect that finally showed up. In any case, it’s worth reviewing the manual. Also remember to clean the inside regularly — small paper scraps and toner dust often accumulate there.
